Your letter to Father Christmas
Two minutes, first names only. You can hear him say their name before you pay anything.
Questions
How long does it take? You can hear him say the name straight away. After you pay, the full video takes about 15 minutes, and we email you the private link the moment it’s done.
Can I choose how the name is said? Yes. Fill in “How do you say their name?” and spell it the way it sounds, like Shiv-on for Siobhan, then tap “Hear him say” to listen. He says it your way in the video, and the certificate keeps the proper spelling.
What do you keep? Only what you write in the letter and your email address, to make the video and send you the link. First names only, no photos, no account. Everything is deleted after Christmas, or 30 days after your order if that’s later. Read the privacy notice.
What if it’s not right? Listen to him say the name before you pay: if it sounds wrong, change the spelling and listen again. If anything in the video isn’t right, reply to our email and we’ll sort it out.
